Introduction
नागिना यादव नेपाली कांग्रेसको १५औँ महाधिवेशनमा मधेसी समूहबाट सहमहामन्त्री पदकी उम्मेदवार तथा हाल केन्द्रीय कार्यसमिति सदस्य हुनुहुन्छ। अर्थशास्त्रको अध्ययन, सार्वजनिक सेवा, संगठनात्मक नेतृत्व र संसदीय कार्यको अनुभवसँगै उहाँले नीति, विकास, सुशासन, महिला सहभागिता र समावेशिताका विषयमा निरन्तर काम गर्दै आउनुभएको छ। सार्वजनिक सरोकारका विषयलाई राजनीतिक तथा संस्थागत प्रक्रियासँग जोड्दै जिम्मेवार र प्रभावकारी नेतृत्वको अभ्यास उहाँको राजनीतिक यात्राको महत्वपूर्ण पक्षका रूपमा रहेको छ।

संघीय संसद, नेपालमा २०७९ देखि २०८२ बि.सं. सम्म मनोनीत सांसदको रूपमा सेवा गर्नुभयो।
संसदीय मामिला समितिको सदस्यको रूपमा सेवा गर्नुभयो।
विधायक तथा कानुन समिति सचेतकको रूपमा सेवा गर्नुभयो।
शिक्षा समितिको सदस्यको रूपमा सेवा गर्नुभयो।
Representation of Nepal in:
Joined a delegation of South Asian parliamentarians for an international study tour organized by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF), focused on federalism, decentralization, and strengthening subnational and local governance. Exchanged perspectives with German parliamentarians and institutions on federal governance, local empowerment, and effective cooperation across different levels of government.
Represented Nepal as a parliamentarian at the Arab-Asia Parliamentarians Meeting, contributing to regional discussions on sexual and reproductive health and climate change resilience. Participated in discussions with parliamentarians from across Asia and the Arab region on legislative approaches to addressing population and reproductive health challenges, strengthening climate resilience, and protecting vulnerable communities.
Engaged in a bilateral parliamentary exchange between Nepal and Pakistan focused on gender-responsive budgeting, inclusive fiscal governance, and women’s political participation. Contributed to discussions on Nepal’s experience with gender-responsive budgeting while exploring shared challenges and opportunities for strengthening gender equality through parliamentary and policy processes.
